While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thegildedhive@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. We take great care in crafting each order to ensure it meets the highest standards, and we want you to love your purchase!
